感谢您光临小店,我们想说:

1. 邮寄
-  由于我们处在海岛上,发货需搭船出岛,所以小店每个星期一、三、五发货,订单繁忙或可能延至下个发货日
-  西马消费满RM150包邮 (Skynet)。
-  东马消费满RM250包邮 (Poslaju)。
-  每公斤运费西马RM10+-,东马RM15+-
- 发货后一般大约2-5个工作日内会收到货物。MCO期间派送会延误几日。

Shipping:
- Shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders busy or may be delayed until the next shipping date.
- West Malaysia spends RM150 included postage (Skynet).
- East Malaysia spends over RM250 included postage (Poslaju).
- RM10+- per kg, RM15+- for East Malaysia
- Take 2- 5 workings days to receive the goods. May delay due to MCO period.

2. 若邮局派送延误,我们建议您联络邮局并前去签收,避免海产品质受影响。邮局派送并非在我们的控制范围内,谢谢谅解~
If the delivery is delayed by the courier company, we suggest that you contact the post office and go for self-collection to avoid affecting the quality of the product. The delivery service is not within our control, thank you for your understanding~

3. 商品会因拍摄距离和灯光而影响视觉色差和商品大小。每批海货都是天然捕获,请明白没有一模一样的海货哦。
The product will affect the visual chromatic aberration and product size due to the shooting distance and lighting. Every batch of seafood is captured naturally, please understand that there is no totally same seafood.

4. 所有海产干货食材和调味粉乃是无添加的产品,拆开包裹后请将海产品置于冰箱冷冻保鲜。(亦可询问客服)
天然调味粉&椒盐系列保存方法:
勿置于高温潮湿处,请使用干净的匙提取、密封并冷藏。开封后冷藏1年,只要没发霉都是没问题的。记得要冷藏保存才能确保食品鲜美度。
海味保存方法:
所有海味、江鱼仔虾米蚝干蛤蜊干贝等等必须冷冻保存!
海鲜粥&海鲜面保存方法:
必须冷藏保鲜,像是响螺花菇粥内的大片响螺片可以先浸泡半天至半软再切小片一起焖煮。
江鱼仔汤包保存:
冰箱冷藏,暂时未用请冷冻。可搭配猪骨或香茅熬煮更香。
虾米松无需冷藏。放置于阴凉处避免阳光直晒和潮湿,开封后尽快食用完。

All dried seafood ingredients and pure food powder are 100% non-added products. Please store these food & product in the refrigerator (better frozen) to keep fresh after unpacking. (You can also contact customer service)
Pure Food Powder Series & Flavored Pepper Salt Series preservation method:
Do not place in high temperature and humidity, please use a clean spoon to extract, close and refrigerate. Refrigerate for 1 year after opening, as long as there is no mold. Remember to keep it refrigerated to ensure the freshness of the food.

Dried Seafood preservation method:
All dried seafood, anvhovies, dried shrimps, oysters, dried clams, scallops, etc. must be kept frozen!

Seafood Porridge & Seafood Noodle preservation method:
It must be refrigerated and kept fresh. For example, the whelk slices in the porridge can be soaked for half a day to semi-soft before cooking.

Anchovy Soup Sachet preservation method:
Keep in fridge. Please freeze it if it is not used temporarily. It can be boiled with pork bone or lemongrass to make it more fragrant.

Spicy Dried Shrimp does not need to be refrigerated. Place in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
