如何熬制:每包煮不超过2公升的水,搭配猪骨或香茅熬煮会更香
成分:上等邦咯岛江鱼仔,胡椒粒,海盐

保存方法:
勿置于阳光直射及高温潮湿处,密封并冷冻保藏6个月。
只要没发霉都是没问题的。记得要冷藏保存才能确保食品鲜美度。


如何使用:
一人食 - 冷水下锅,沸腾后3-5分钟捞起,再放入食材
2-4人食 - 冷水下锅,沸腾后5-8分钟捞起,再放入食材
熬制高汤浓汤(每袋限2公升水最佳) - 可以熬制一大锅,熬到自己喜欢的浓度,然后搁置或冷藏不超过1天。接着取熬好的高汤+沸水 1:1份量,再煲一人食汤品等等。
